While it is not required of us, we believe it is important to inform you of the current Florida state laws designed to protect you as a customer. We fully comply with these regulations. You can read about these regulations and how they protect you (the customer) below.

Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR): This law requires businesses to notify users about data collection and selling practices. It gives Florida residents the right to opt out of the sale of their personal data. Specifically, all for-profit entities that conduct business in Florida and collect personal data are prohibited from selling a consumer’s sensitive personal data without first obtaining the consumer’s consent.

Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA): FIPA requires companies to take reasonable measures to protect personal information and, in some cases, obtain consent before collecting or selling it. An email address in combination with other data (like a name) can be considered personal information under the law.

CAN-SPAM Act (Federal Law): This federal law does not outright ban unsolicited commercial email but regulates it. Critically, if an individual has opted out of receiving messages from a business, that business cannot sell or transfer their email address, even as part of a mailing list.

Fraudulent Use of Personal Identification: Under Florida Statutes, it is a felony to willfully and without authorization fraudulently use or possess with intent to fraudulently use personal identification information, including email addresses, for financial gain or to commit a fraud.

We take these laws extremely seriously, which is why we would never break them—and in doing so, never break your trust.

Your contact information is not shared with outside companies, advertisers, or unrelated service providers for promotional use.
